Has My Order Been Shipped?

  • You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition , a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Can I Modify/Cancel My Order?

  • Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order.
I received a damaged Item...What do I do? 
  • In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged piece to customerservice@fwmtees.com.  We will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back.  Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the piece.
